OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation conditions for the winter season 2021/2022 and summer season 2022:

 

All bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival without giving a reason.

​

Later cancellations are also possible free of charge if the following points occur:

​

+ The border with Austria is closed and entry is no longer possible.

+ The respective responsible foreign ministry of the guest's home country has a travel warning for ours Holiday region / area pronounced. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is therefore responsible for travel that is not absolutely necessary advised against. Entry into Austria for vacation purposes is not possible.
