ARRIVAL
The apartments and rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Should you arrive later, please let us know.
DEPARTURE
We ask our guests to vacate the apartments by 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
So that the apartments are ready on time for the following guests.
PAYMENT
Cash or card payment possible
DEPOSIT
​For a fixed booking we require a deposit.
BIKE STORAGE ROOM
For bikes we have a lockable room.
BREAKFAST
We serve our delicious breakfast from 7.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. in our breakfast room.
PETS
Pets are not allowed!
INTERNET
Free WIFI throughout the house!
KIDS
Children's equipment such as crib, child seat, bathtub, etc. we provide free of charge.
MOTORCYCLES
Motorcycles can be safely parked in our garage.
MURAU GUEST CARD
From May to October our guests (staying 2 nights or more) receive the Murau GuestCard free of charge. This offers free access to over 25 attractions in the Murau region as well as free use of public transport in the region.
VISITOR'S TAX
Per person and night: € 2.50 (from the age of 15)
NON-SMOKING HOUSE
Our house is a non-smoking house. You can of course smoke on the balcony or in front of the house.
PARKING
Directly in front of our house are enough parking spaces.
SAUNA
If you would like to use the sauna, we ask for registration.
SKI & BOOT STORAGE ROOM
We have a heated ski boot room and a ski storage area in our basement.
Furthermore you have the possibility to rent a ski depot in the Kreischberg lift station.

We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
